2. Data Collected and Purposes

We only collect the data strictly necessary to fulfil orders:

  • Contact and shipping data (name, address, email, phone) — to process and deliver your order.
  • Anonymous browsing data (searches performed, without IP) — to improve the service.
  • Technical cookies — necessary for the site to function (see Cookie Policy).

We do not collect payment data: transactions are handled entirely by PayPal.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract performance (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to process and ship orders.
  • Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to prevent fraud and improve the service.

4. Data Recipients

  • BTS Wholesaler (dropshipping supplier, Spain — EU) — delivery name, address and phone, exclusively for shipping.
  • Selfnamed (white-label supplier for the Feluna Brand line, EU) — delivery name, address and phone, exclusively for shipping own-brand products.
  • Couriers (GLS, FedEx, SEUR, Mondial Relay, DPD) — delivery data.
  • PayPal — for secure payment processing. PayPal operates through its European entity, but this may involve transferring some data to infrastructure in the United States, under the safeguards provided by EU law (Standard Contractual Clauses). For more information, see PayPal’s privacy policy.
  • IP geolocation service (ip-api.com) — used only as a fallback when the visitor’s country cannot already be determined via our hosting infrastructure; it receives the IP address for the sole purpose of identifying the country.
  • Aruba S.p.A. — website hosting (servers in Italy/EU).
  • Google LLC — customer email, shared only after a completed purchase, to enable an optional post-purchase satisfaction survey (Google Customer Reviews program). See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • Order data: 10 years (Italian tax obligation), then automatically deleted.
  • Anonymous search logs: 90 days.
  • Browsing data: not retained beyond the session.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase your data, restrict its processing, object to processing, and receive a portable copy. Write to info@feluna.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Transfers Outside the EU

Your data is processed primarily within the European Union. Some service providers (PayPal, IP geolocation service, Google for the optional post-purchase survey) may involve limited transfers to non-EU countries, always under the safeguards provided by European data protection law.

8. Security

The site uses an HTTPS connection. Sensitive data is not stored in plain text. System access is protected by two-factor authentication.

9. Changes

Any updates will be published on this page with the revision date.
