Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide any reason.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or have had seals removed.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Return
- Send an email to support@feluna.eu with the subject line “Return Request — Order #[number]”.
- Indicate which products you wish to return (reason is optional).
- You’ll receive return instructions within 48 hours.
- Ship the parcel to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued within 14 days via PayPal (the same method used for purchase). We refund the product cost. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.
Defective or Incorrect Product
If you received a damaged, defective, or different product than the one ordered:
- Contact support@feluna.eu within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Products
- Products that are opened or have had seals removed (hygiene reasons).
- Products damaged through improper use.
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery.
