2. Purpose

These Terms govern the online sale of cosmetics and perfumery items via feluna.eu. By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms.

3. Products and Prices

Prices are shown in Euro (€). VAT not applicable (flat-rate regime). Product availability is verified in real time before order confirmation. In the event of sudden unavailability, the Customer will be notified and not charged.

4. Orders

An order is considered concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email. Feluna reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of evident pricing errors, invalid data, or suspected fraud.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via PayPal. Feluna does not store or access payment data. Charges are made at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Shipping

We ship across the entire European Union. Times and costs vary by country (see the Shipping page). Shipping is anonymous: the sender shown is Feluna. The Customer receives tracking by email as soon as it is available.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83), the Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products, without needing to provide a reason. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 8. Legal Warranties

All products comply with EC Regulation No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the Customer may request a replacement or refund within 2 years of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Feluna is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events or courier issues. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Applicable Law

Italian law. Legislative Decree 206/2005 and the Italian Civil Code.
